WHAT MAKES OUR SERVICE DIFFERENT
We do more than treat seed. We prepare it for sowing.
Process repeatability is key: the material must be cleaned, settings matched to the lot and the product applied evenly. That is why we start with grain assessment and machine configuration before treatment begins.
Advanced cleaning
The cleaning system removes unwanted fractions before treatment. Screen configuration and operating parameters are matched to the species and actual lot quality.
Precise dosing
The treatment system is computer-controlled and calibrated before work. This keeps the dose controlled and the process repeatable.
Additional components
After prior agreement, additional treatments, fertilisers or seed nutrients can be used where their combined application is permitted and technologically appropriate.
Screens for different lots
The vehicle carries a range of screens so cleaning can be adapted to different species and grain qualities. Final selection follows assessment of the specific lot.
Cleaning only is also available
Not every lot requires treatment. We can provide cleaning only when the goal is to improve quality and prepare the material for further use.

We do not require one fixed feeding method. Before the service we check how the grain is stored and what equipment you have, then set up the mobile line and work sequence accordingly.

What grain can we clean and treat?
The range is broad, but configuration is always matched to the species and lot quality. Before the service, tell us what grain is to be prepared and its condition.
Can I feed the machine directly from a trailer?
Yes, this can be arranged. Loader/front-loader and big-bag variants are also possible. The best method depends on the site and farm layout.
Can an additional nutrient or treatment be added?
Yes, after agreeing the technology and confirming that the selected products can be used in the process. Product selection must comply with current labels and intended use.
Do you provide cleaning only?
Yes. We can provide grain cleaning without the treatment stage.
What determines throughput?
It depends on species, moisture, lot size, impurities, screens used, feeding organisation and process scope. We therefore do not quote one universal throughput without assessing the material.
What should be prepared before arrival?
A stable place for the unit, access to the grain lot, agreed feeding method and a place to receive the finished material. Details are confirmed by phone before the service.
